The Council Of Wizards are the governing power of all other wizards, whom exist within their own pocket dimension that only opens once every year on October 31st, Magic Day, to allow their wizard followers to come in and attend a yearly meeting to discuss how magic is to be used, inter-wizard-human relations, and execute enemies.
The Council is currently of 9 members - eight School Heads that all have dominion over a particular school of magic, and the Arch-Wizard, whom is currently unknown and has never appeared in person, but supposedly has power of the School Heads and acts as the final say for the Council as a whole.
The eight schools and their leaders are as follows:

- Windcell The Incel, Head Of Diviniation
- Carnage, Head Of Evocation
- Bradley The Great, Head Of Transmutation
