Luigi's Base is an underground military complex and home for Luigi's Forces and Luigi. The base is guarded by a large electronic door that can only be opened by putting a combination into a terminal that sits outside. No such security is needed to open the door from the inside. Luigi's Base also can be entered by the usage of teleportation.
The base is described as decrepit and run down, there is constant infighting between the inhabitants. Transportation is mainly done by riding Grim1.
