As a community, we here at the MultiCoolmovies Wiki value our contributors. However, as with all wikis in general, there will always be an editor who will try and cause trouble or be ignorant understanding what this wiki is. These rules will serve to try and help contributors.

  • Get Along. This is not a place for disrespect and conflict. If anyone has a problem with someone, either talk to the admins or take it somewhere else. A ban will be issued to any parties engaging in such conflict.
  • Use Appropriate Language. This is a public forum, while we are fine with a bit of swearing, constant use of offensive language, especially in a hurtful or hateful manner will not be tolerated.
  • No bigotry. Racism, sexism, homophobia, and transphobia will not be tolerated. Do not discriminate based on nationality, religion, political views or any other reason.
  • Do not post personal information. Unless you can find evidence in MECU content that intentionally reveals personal information of the creators or families of the creators on the channel, don't post anything about it or anyone else. We value privacy here.

  • Plagiarism is generally not tolerated. Brief snippets from Wikipedia or other Wikis on this website are fine as they are licensed under creative commons, but other sources may have their own stances on copyright. Generally, we prefer if you write original content.
  • Do not vandalize or engage in an edit war.
  • Do not create a page about yourself, just use the user homepages.
  • Do not create one line articles. Generally we prefer articles to have infoboxes, images, quotes, and headings. This rule applies to unbroken wall of text articles as well.
  • You can be funny, but be truthful. We like to have fun on this wiki, and many of the pages have jokes and satire in them as this wiki is not as serious as Wikipedia or other wikis. That being said, do not stretch the truth, spread misinformation, or write satire that is not obvious. Don't make it confusing for a reader to figure out what is true and what is a joke.
