Sam is a minor character in Bob Brick. He is the host of the Road Rage, and starts off the event with gunshot. He is accidentally ran over when the event begins which he shows discontent with, and hints at it being a repeat occurrence.
Sam also appears in Gun shot Test where he's shown shooting at a target.
